The instructions are clear and the templates full size. There are lots of useful suggestions about how you can adapt materials like dying or using a heat gun on some fabrics. I like that the parts of the different dolls are interchangeable and that author gives an alternative way of interpreting each doll.

Basic dolls with embellishments. I have been sewing for years and the patterns/ templates are really good with clear instructions. I don't do a great deal of handwork any more but this book has some fun ideas. I bought as a reference for my doll making library.
