In this universe they present Starfire from Earth as opposed to being an alien and they give her EDS syndrome which they will use to play into her powers but I've just realised something she has a sister called Keira they are very close but in the Titans book released next year after realising the Titans have left are deathstroke and Adeline going to manipulate her to become blackfire? I've only just realised it now but she does bear a striking resemblance to koris sister blackfire starfire is also known for being very attractive the book is set in LA the city where you are most likely to find America's most attractive women I thought that was a very nice touch 100% recommend this series if the titans are your favourite superhero team

Nice comic book, I got the others in the series, read this first as Starfire is my favourite. Robin is cute in it, nice modern take & educational.

The book was great, I loveeee the story but the cover does feel like cheaper material compared to the first 4 books especially the first 2. I don’t know if they swapped materials to make it cheaper or if I got one that was part of a batch that was just a bit defective with the cover material. So be warned the cover does lift and ever so slightly curl as it’s a thinner material to the first two books in the series!

Another very good piece of the puzzle that will become the Teen Titans. The modern twist on the origins story continues. Kami Garcia and Gabriel Picolo's love for these characters is obvious.Sisters Kori and Kira Anders, for all their physical similarities, could not be more different. Whilst Kori is the shy and quieter younger sister, Kira is a mean out going party girl. Kira wants her younger sister to be like her just as long as Kori is not quite as good as her. Could the hooks of H.I.V.E. already be too far into the sisters already?A good story of the team coming together, though there are a lot of emotions and wedges to still work out, and an evil organisation and assassin to deal with. It is all leading into the final to come. Are the players all in place now, or are they not?

I read the whole series and I absolutely loved them. The art and story is beautiful and I really enjoy their little separate journeys to finding each other, I highly recommend!

Very refreshing
I've been following Kami Garcia and Gabriel Piccolo's work since "Raven" was out. Since the beginning, I've been hooked into the series. I've been a fan of Gabriel for years before, I'm also brazilian, and I feel very happy and proud of him for becoming such a great artist. As soon as "Starfire" was out, I bought it!The writing in "Starfire" is very refreshing and interesting. I really enjoyed the building of the relationship between the sisters. I read it all in one day, it was a very light and nice read. I'm excited to see them together in the next comics! I've been a DC fan since I was a child, it's really cool to see them in this "casual" style. So stylish and refreshing.Thank you Kami and Gabriel for this!
