Love the Lifeway bible studies. This one is a great one!

It's one of the most beautifully designed studies I've ever seen!

This Advent bible study is a beautiful way of keeping us focused on Christ as we prepare for Christmas together. It's one of the most beautifully designed studies I've ever seen! The book is printed on sturdy paper with gold and red accent colors. Fabulous photos with Christmas crafts and activities are like small gifts hidden inside each chapter. Within the different crafts I found three categories: adults, teens and kids. Some of the crafts I worked on with my family were the "Peaceful Jar" and the "Spice Wreath."Most impressive with this study is the sense of unity from the 24 contributors of Lifeway Women. Cover to cover, the book is overflowing in love and sisterhood. The Biblical structure is sound theology. I found myself turning pages of my Bible, journaling as I worked through the chapters, and captivated by the message of waiting for Jesus. With hope.After completing an independent study, I'm excited to repeat the study with my friends soon. We'll gather around the table and find peace for our weary souls. Thank you to Lifeway Women for designing this beautiful gift!

Great Bible study on Advent!

I led this study with my small group. It’s 4 weeks and it was perfect to do in December. I’ve done a lot of Lifeway studies and this was one of my favorites. The study takes you through the history of how advent came to existence. Our group loved it and plan on doing it next year again!
